How can I place my order?

You can add your items to cart. Once you are done with shopping, click on ‘checkout’ and you will be brought to the payment gateway supported by Paypal. You may make your payment via Paypal or credit card.

Are GK-GermKiller® products available in supermarkets?

We are currently not available in supermarkets, but still conveniently accesible in a number of retailers, as well as online! You may visit Selffix DIY Stores or BOVE stores which are located in shopping malls in different parts of Singapore. Alternatively, you can purchase on our website and on Lazada.

What are the payment methods available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal upon checkout. For PayPal customers, just login to your account and proceed from there. For non-PayPal customers, simply select ‘guest’ and key in your credit or debit card details accordingly to complete the transaction.

I want to amend my order. How can I make the changes?

If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us within 1 day by telephone, (65) 68630863 or drop us an email at Any request to order change could only be accepted if the parcel is not picked by the logistics company.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

We will process new orders on the next working day and the parcels will be packed for courier pick-up within the same day. Based on local delivery trends, parcels will take 1-3 days to be delivered within Singapore.

What happened if I have a change of mind after receiving the order?

If you have a change of mind and the product is still in its original saleable condition, kindly inform us within 3 days upon receipt of your items. A collection fee may be applicable. For overseas orders, customers have to bear all shipping costs to return the item/s in good condition before a refund is possible.

One of the items is wrongly delivered, how can I get my correct order?

If a wrong item is delivered, please inform us within 3 days of goods receipt. We will arrange for the exchange to take back the wrong item for the correct item you have ordered. However, if the returned item is used or damaged, we reserve the rights to reject the exchange request.

I have received a defective product, what can I do?

If your product is damaged/defective, please inform us within 3 days of goods receipt and provide supporting documents (invoice, photo of the defect and a brief description of the issue). Upon verifying that it is a manufacturing defect, we will arrange for an exchange or refund if requested

How do I cancel the order?

If you decide to cancel your order, please call us within 24 hours upon your order confirmation. No cancellation cost will be incurred if the goods have yet to leave our office. However, if the goods have been dispatched for delivery, all shipping costs will be charged.

How do I check for the status of my order?

An email notification with a tracking URL will be sent upon order confirmation. However, if your order takes longer than usual to arrive, please call us during office hours at (65) 6863 0863.

How can I return the goods?

For all return requests, please email us at or call us at (65) 6863 0863 to schedule a pickup of your items. Please ensure the items are packed in a protective box before handing it to the courier. A refund may not be possible if the item is damaged during the return delivery.
